1. Introduction

Welcome to Vastcope. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any agreements you enter into with us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

Vastcope provides digital growth services including SEO, Video Editing, UI/UX Design, Web Development, and related consulting. All services are delivered based on the agreed proposal and scope of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials.
• Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Give feedback and approvals within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure all content provided does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once the project has commenced. A minimum 50% advance payment is required before starting any project. Final payment is due upon completion or as per the milestone schedule mentioned in the proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, Vastcope grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables. All source files, designs, code, and intermediate work remain the intellectual property of Vastcope unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vastcope shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
